Sacramento Heron and Egret Rescue is an all-volunteer wild bird rescue team. We are dedicated to minimizing suffering of injured and orphaned wildlife by providing field rescue and transport into care. We advocate for habitat preservation, work to educate the public about wildlife conservation, and provide support on ways to coexist with wildlife in an urban and suburban environments.
